I am sorry you've experienced issues with our beloved BubbleGum Troll. He can be a bit cheeky at times.
Please clear cache and cookies from your device and keep on playing a few levels and he should re-appear eventually.

There's a 2nd Bubblegun Troll event that's recently started. I've been playing, hasn't disappeared like the last one but there are issues.....  I just saw my points reduced from 425 to 400. What is going on?

that would be a technical issue so you would have go into the support page and ask them sorry 😐 I can’t help you with that keep on playing

QueenMia, I did as you said. Still playing levels. Cheeky troll still has not showed up.

I got my event yesterday on November 20, but today it disappeared. It was the same last time. There are different threads about this, at least 2 more.
