Hello Elsa I was born in 1968. The wall fell in 1989. I was at the 2nd training. And when the wall came down, I had a late shift. I worked in the nursing home. I remember that very clearly and well.

Thank you so much for sharing this with me.  As I age, I want to learn more and more about history.

 So I have my own opinion about the story. Who wants it, then please. But it is important to me to get along in the real world and the present. There is enough to do. I've never been interested in history. I always tell myself. During this time I never was and I do not have to grow in there. I do not care. Only the time of the past in Chemnitz when it was still Karl Marx city and the current change, that 's interesting. Because I experience everything myself. But for me that counts today and now. That's enough.

No, that's not me. But the GDR was not easy either. We had nothing and were locked up. No traveling, like now in the US and so on ... All stay at home. Please google for information !!!
