Losing my gold bars

My games keeps frezzing when i use my gold bars that i have purchased  is the a way to reimburse me its has happend a few times and i am no longer going to purchase and more until this problem is ficed

With regards to the lost Gold Bars... yes! You can always make a request to the King Player Support Team and explain them what happened 👍
