Daily playing progress

Confused as to why my daily playing progress was reset back to day 1. December 26th would have marked 2 years straight. I know I played yesterday morning as I do every morning drinking my coffee.

Hi @ckarr29 - there have been some ongoing syncing issues with the daily calendar. If you logged in yesterday and today, then follow these steps.

1. Force close out
2. log out of your profile
3. clear cache and cookies on your web browser you use to access the game
4. Power off your device for 15-30 seconds
5. Power back on and sign all the way back in

This will most likely cause the daily counter to reset again for today, but it will help sync it overall and often the very next day it’s back to normal. I’ve done this a lot and as long as you catch it the same day you may be able to save the streak.
