About friends

I still don’t get lives from friends in Friends Candy Crush. I tapped the heart by the logo in the left upper corner but no luck.  I would appreciate some help.

This may be an issue if your game is not fully connected to the server. 
Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below. Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In. If you still have the same problem after doing this, then I will need some more information.
