Why when I started my level, I made one move and it said, "no more moves". I lost a life.

Can that life be replaced?

I started a level and after my first move it said, " no more moves". I need that life replaced.

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  And I am not sure whether the Life can be replaced!!  I will have to ask the Friends Community Team Manager about it!    

I need few details from you please::

1) What level were you playing when this happened?
2) What device you are using to play the game?
3) Did you have the "Pre-game" charged boosters while playing the game?
3) How many times did this happen till now?  Will it be possible for you to take a screenshot of the board if it happens again?
4) Can you write your game user ID number... this link will help you to look for it --- Find my User ID Number
