How reinstall the game in new cel phone?

I have a new cel phone. How can i reinstall the game to continue next levels? I have facebook account.

Hello @majiro and welcome to our friendly community.  This is actually very easy to do - just realize that on the new device, while you will still have the same level you were playing at, any saved boosters and lives will not transfer to the new device because they are stored locally with the old device.
