I have no advent calendar! Despite updating

This is my reality.  No Christmas cheer, no calendar anywhere near.  So sad I can not earn the fun holiday costumes with shiny reindeer.  This may continue I fear.  Without anyone to help this poor dear??

    I am sorry to hear about that!!  Please try this::  Force close the App ---> Clear cookies / cache ---> Restart your device after shutting it down for 2 to 3 minutes.  Now, log back into the game and check if the event is back.  If not, shut it down again for 1 to 2 more times and check!  This worked for few other players, may be it would be for you too!!  

    If you still do not see it, please provide your game user ID number with the help of this link   https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-friends-saga/discussion/247378/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it
    Once you provide your ID, I can find out whether you are included in the group to receive the event for this time!!

    I have reported about this to the Friends Community Manager :+1: 

    Once coming back after the weekend, they will be able to check and see if you are added to the event or not!

    And i have the same problem except i did have the calendar for the first 5 days, and completed it each day. then yesterday it was gone, and i've done all the suggestions even uninstalled and reinstalled. And it has not brought it back

    Hello I have the same problem, I hope win new customs in event christmas.

    An me too lose the peregrin custom and is was passed all levels and it never unlocked, pleas help me.
