I can't request lives. Is anyone else having this problem?  Also where are my Facebook friends?  I have total strangers

Just for my clarification... are you having this issue in Candy Friends game OR Candy Crush game?

And few more questions....   

1) Are you playing on a PC or a mobile device? 
2) Are you logged into the game through Kingdom account too? 

With regards to "not able to see your Facebook friends", did you make sure that you have logged into your correct Facebook account which you are connected to the friends? 

Why I am asking this is... I have 2 FB accounts and on one account, I have very few friends who doesn't play any games; and on the 2nd one, I have many friends who play King games!  Hope this made sense!

Candy crush on my Mobil device. One day all my Facebook friends were gone replaced by strangers.   I haven't been able to receive or send lives.

for as long as I played this game I never receive lives why not?
