Why can’t I play holiday calendar today

1029490809 is my I’d. Can’t play holiday calendar lost extra moves purchased and now have a loss in the holiday event

    Hello @gailwiggins!  

    As I have informed you in your earlier question, there was an issue with the event for some of the players.  It was already reported this morning and the King Studio working on it to fix :+1:

    and  post below details (your User ID number alone will not be enough)!
    (1) Device you are using to play the game;
    (2) What version you have;
    (3) Your game user ID number -- This link will help you find it -- "Find My ID"

    ** Scroll down to where you see an empty comment box, which says "Type your Comment" to write your details.  This discussion thread will be closed now, as we would like to keep all the comments in a single place.
