I can't move the candies on level 1016

I'm on level 1016 and the board wont let me switch candies. I already closed the game twice  wasting 2 lives and tired the level again and it's still not letting me play. The two boosters i received today are just wasting away😥. Any ideas what is going on here?

Sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  This could be because of those "Friendly Boosters"!!  

Is it happening as soon as you open the level OR after making few moves?

@PummyRaj thank you for your quick response. It's fixed it was happening as soon as i opened the level, i ended up switching the character, and  it's all good now!
