Holiday game crash

For two days in a row, the holiday game has crashed, just as I am about to receive the reward.  What is up with that? It's really aggravating.

Can you please explain about what is happening with the “Holiday Event”?  Is the game kicking you out after making a single move OR it is crashing / freezing when you are collecting the “Level reward”? 

The more details you provide, the better it will be to look into the issue.

When I complete the level, and it is going to the reward, it just crashes and restarts, and registers that I have completed the level, but hasn't given the rewards.
