Level 1023

Level 1023 isn't allowing me to make any moves. I've lost 2 lives having to exit  out if it.

I am very sorry to hear about the issue with level # 1023!!  By an chance, do you have the "friendly charged  boosters"?  

Sometimes, these boosters are causing this glitch and kicking us out of the level!!  There are 2 work-around tips I can suggest you.... (1) Try another character than the one you have played before  (2) Wait till the "boosters" are expired!
