How can I get my first week back from the Christmas challenge that I already won?

My app completely froze so i had to delete it and re download it. Once I signed back in I lost my first week for the Christmas challenge as well as my stripped and regular lollipops.

I am sorry to hear that you had to reinstall the game due to some issue!! 

1) Can you please clarify me what you meant by "you lost your first week, and want it back"? 
** The first week was done on the Sunday itself!  Now the second week is going on in the Holiday Calendar week, and today would be the 5th day!! 
Are you missing the complete event itself?

2) With regards to "loosing your Lollipops" ---> It is the side affect of the "Re-installation" and unfortunately, it is not possible to get them back!  The reason for loosing your lollipops is that the Boosters and the Lives are stored on our device local memory.  Hence, when we delete the App, the memory related to the game also will be gone!  Hope this made sense!!
