Why does the Jam Challenge never works

Every single time I've played the Jam Challenge I get cheated out of 2 wins. I win the game 4 times and only get credit for 2 thus I never get the rewards!

Hello @SweetPea58 and welcome to our friendly community. I am sorry to hear this happened to you.  However, what may have happened is that some of those jam levels you played were the purple space jam.  If you look at the jam container of the Jan Challenge, you will see that it is red jam, so only spread the jam challenges with red jam will count towards completing the jam challenge.

You are correct the jam was purple. Why offer the challenge and then make it impossible to win by making us play tons of very hard main games??? By the time I fight thru those, the time has ended to play the Jam Challenge!
