Why does my game keep stopping after the first move, I make 1 move and it says no more moves?! Fix

My game only let's me make one move before it says no more moves. Please fix this promptly please and thank u.

Can you please tell me whether you are having this issue in regular levels OR in a special event levels?  

Also, do you have the "friendly charged boosters" activated?
