I'm back to level 1

I just got a new phone and only candy crush friend can’t connect to my iPhone 11. It makes me start level 1 again.

I am sorry to hear that you have lost your level progress of the game!!  Can you tell me something... did you log into the game through Facebook account OR Kingdom account?  

Or have you not saved the game before on your old device at all?

I haven’t play on fb for a while, I been playing with my phone, somehow my old phone still show I am on the update level, but not this new phone.  However all my other candy crush are updated but not this candy crush friend.
