Why does this happen often?

It’s not the sprinkled candy bomb but the one that looks more like a jelly, a lot of times when I have one and it drops it explodes even though it didn’t have three in a row of its color. Why is that? I try to save them for when I need them.

Hi @slidey, I think you are referring to the Coloring Candy. Yes, it does behave as you describe and it is indeed a bit annoying. I think one way to describe the scenario is that the Coloring Candy 'cracked' if it drops a few spots in one move or got hit by other falling candy. If it is only move one spot at a time, the coloring candy should stay intact.
