Very Sorry to hear about the issue!! Do you remember collecting "all the Gift Boxes" in all 7 levels you have played? Also, did you win all the levels or did you loose any 1 of them?
Because, if you have missed even one gift box -- which is "level reward", it would make difference to receive the gift at the end of the week!
Anyways, please find your game user ID number though this link and post it here ---> "Find my ID number"
It will be helpful for me to inquire our Friends game Community In-charge. But, you will have to wait till Jan'1st week as they all are on Holidays break! Sorry for the inconvenience.
