Everytime I try to use Dachs my screen freezes

I'm sorry to hear you've been having this issue with Dachs.

The first thing to try is to make sure your Friends application is up to date with the latest version. There is a holiday version that has a winter scenery that was released approximately three weeks ago. You should have gotten that version. Next, try signing out and force closing your app. Restart your device. Sign back in. Also make.sure you have enough memory space available. 

If that doesn't work, I will need to do some more trouble-shooting. Do you mind if I collect more information from you?

What level are you playing?

Do you have any timed boosters running, like the coloring charge (round ball), the friendly charge (rectangular wrapped candy), or the fish?

Are you using a new costume?

What device are you playing on? What operating system?
