Were you having a problem with the Gumball Goodies in Soda? If so, try to reboot your device and clear all cache and cookies. Then open up your game and see if that works.

I am sorry to say that we need few more details....  are you having issue with the "Gift Boxes" after finishing the Holiday Event Levels?
--->  If it is the Gift boxes, what is happening with them?  Are you not able to open them or not able to find them at all?  
Can you please explain more?
