Candies froze - couldn't move

In level 1488, I started the game & couldn't move any candies after the first move. I was trying to complete a quest. I poked Nutcracker & he moved, but that was all I could do.
I had to close that game & lose a life.
What's up?

I'm sorry for what's happening in your game. The same thing happened to me when I was playing Holiday Calendar and I too have to close it. Maybe there's some sort of bug that needs to be squished?

Hi @GranBarb & @candycrushinit - I’ve had a similar issue like that happen before as well. Has it been awhile since you’ve logged out of the game? Try clearing your cache and cookies daily and hopefully it won’t happen again. Very sorry you both had to lose that particular game but hopefully you were able to beat the level on the next try 🙏🏻
