I lost my progress resetting my phone

I was somewhere between level 950 -1100 I think I was doing the Christmas bonus round on week 4 4th day and my avatar was the black crow please anyway of getting my progress back

I am sorry to hear that you have lost the level progress in your game!!  Did you loose the regular level progress OR the special Christmas event levels?

I am assuming that you have already saved your game before through Facebook or Kingdom account!  If so, follow the suggestions in "Problems with retrieving Saved game".
