Reinstalled, different level

Uninstalled 1453 reinstalled 1362. How do I get those levels back. Was unable to log in for awhile thanks

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  

First try this ---> Force close the App --->  Disconnect from WiFi --->  Clear Cookies/cache ---> Restart your device after shutting it down for 2-3 minutes ---> Reconnect to internet --->  Open the game and see if you are placed on your actual level.  If it does not work, follow below procedure
