what device do you play the game from and what’s your user ID? If you can provide some of the details above the King team can research it further when they are back in the office next week 🙏🏻

Yes my phone does automatic updates. Yes I can play, but it only opened yesterday & today is the last day I can play. 
My user name is mjohns & I play on my android phone, Samsung A5.  
This is not the first time this has happened.
