Progress Gone

I purchased a new phone and now my progress is gone.
I was on level 846 now y
The game starts at level 1.
I spent some long hours getting to level 846 and i dont want to start all over 😣

I am sorry to hear that you have lost your level progress in the game!!  Can you please tell me something?  Did you save the game before while playing on the old phone or not? 

If you have not saved the game, that would be the reason for loosing progress on your new phone!!  You have not written what kind of phone you purchased now... either Android or Apple!!  Below are 2 Important Suggestions posted by the Community Team for our (the players') convenience....
