😱HELP😱. I never receive lives from the King family on Candy crush friends!!!

If someone could help me out with this I would appreciate it. I know that it's not the friends fault because my fiancee has the same problem. I've sent lives and never receives it. What do I do? 😱

@Goob79, do you ask the "friends" in your game to send you lives? You can only send & receive lives from people that are listed on your friends list. 
You can add friends on Facebook. Or, add friends thru King.com. There is a Facebook page for the game. It is:
Candy Crush Saga, Soda, Jelly and Friends Saga. @Elsa is the admin (I think). Anyway, join on that page, read some of the posts, & get ideas & info.

I have the same issue. I send many lives a day and request them many times a day but never receive any in return.
