Not receiving my gifts after completing Holiday Calendar Week 4

Hi...The title says it all.
I played Holiday Calendar Event (Week 4 and Day 1) with Dachs today, and after completing the level, I didn't get my prizes.


I wonder if someone else have the same problem with me too.

Did you remember finding the "Gift Box" -- which is the Level Reward? 

That gift box is the one that contains any and all goodies for the next character OR the grand prize!!  As of now, it is all a surprise for everybody, which can only be revealed on the last day

Anyway, coming back to the context, if you have missed to find the Gift Box, you might have missed the goodies too that comes with it!!
