I completed the holiday event and was not given my reward. Please assist

Hello @kmerritt - Happy New Year and welcome to our friendly community.  Are you referring to the 3 day Superstar challenge?  Did you free the gift box each day and receive the reward for all three days?  If you did - then you should have received the final reward of boosters.  If this is the case - then please post your game ID  
"Find Game ID Number"  in the comment box below and I will let the CM know.

Hello @kmerritt - are you sure you freed the gift box on Day 1?  Sometimes you can complete the challenges without freeing the gift box.  If you did not free the gift box on Day 1 - then you might not be eligible for the final prize after completing the challenges on all 3 days.
