When I watch the video, the player has 30 moves, while I only have 20. It’s impossible to complete the level!

The video has been updated for 21 moves, Thanks for letting me know.  Try to make fish at the top to get the hearts out of the corners and set off the fizz when they are near them. You can also try doing the previous levels to get your daily quests and go in withe some boosters
