Boosts and extra moves

My wife has this game on her phone but she can watch a video and get an extra boosts or extra moves if she doesn't finish board. How come I don't get these things???

To keep our game running smoothly, some players have that capability while others don't. They are chosen at random so that they can provide feedback to our CMs to better improve the game. 
In any case make sure your game is updated to latest version and if it doesn't work, you might as well wait until you have that capability available in your game.

On the Queen jelly levels game bugs out when boosters are activated I've lost at least 7 lives plus you lose your boosters when you run out of lives very frustrating. The boosters all activate before you start the level and then you cannot move anything at all. It only happens once in a while but you have to quit just to be able to try again. I have spent money in order to get extra gold bars. I really want to collect all the characters.
