Why did my game not let me receive my bonuses yesterday

I logged in yesterday and and was told there was a problem and to try again later it wouldn't let me get both my daily log in bonus and my gold star bonus

Hello @phil377 and welcome to our friendly community..  It sounds like there was a temporary connection issue between your game and the King servers.  You referred to a gold star bonus.  Were you playing the Misty star chaser event and had you finished collecting all 15 stars?  Is your game working ok today?  Did your daily reward reset back to day 1?

Please provide the make & model of the platform you are playing on and the software version you are using as well as your Game ID# and I will see what can be done. "Find Game ID Number"
