Lost characters

I seem to have lost some of the characters I gained over the xmas event.  How do I get them back?

I am very sorry to hear about the issue!!  Few questions for you... 

1) Did you collect all of the stickers that are needed to own those characters? 
2) And did you see them in your Scrap Book (where they are stored)!
3) What are the characters do you think that are missing?
4) Can you please provide screenshots of your characters that you have right now?
