I didn't receive the rewards for completing weeks 3 and 4 of the event, despite completing both in their entirety. I don't have the bubblegum troll character as I was not included in the earlier event, presumably due to 'testing', but I received 180 stickers during the Xmas event and no more stickers since. The bubblegum troll now appears as one of the options for many of the levels, but is obviously no use whatsoever. Someone contacted me a couple of weeks ago to say that you'd get back to me after the holidays, but no-one has bothered to do so. My ID is 11110716566 (Win 10/PC). Oh... and I'm not included in the queen jelly event - 'testing' again? What a surprise!!

As for not receiving rewards - I have posted this thread where the CM will see it and will hopefully be able to assist with the missing rewards.

Hello again @Annie_C - if you close your Candy Crush Friends app and restart the platform you play on,  and then reopen the game,  you should find the reward you were supposed to get from the event.  Enjoy your new friend! 😊🐨
