My version shows 1.28.8 and powered off phone for 10minutes assuming that how to clear cache, and still no queen 😡

i got to level 5 on jelly bean queen and it froze, i lose my 5 hour boosters - and the time hicupped when i reloaded it to 30 mins - not impressed at all - infact i am considiering skipping the jelly bean queen as it doesnt seem to run too smoothly

When everybody will be able to access the event?

My user ID is 5692939266. I've tried to play level 6 of the Jelly Queen but it keeps crashing, ice lost 3 lives and timed out all 3 perks while trying to play. I open the game and it freezes on the game board but would allow me to use lollipop hammer but didn't use those. Help! I'm enjoying this side quest though 😁
