I am so sorry to hear this is happening to you. It looks like it is an issue with the level itself. The Studio is working on a fix.
In the meantime, can you please go to this thread and list that you have had this issue, as well as any gold bars you have lost, and include your member ID?

In the meantime, try the level without any timed boosters. That may allow you to move forward if you wish. The event will continue for a few weeks so you may also choose to see what fix is issued from the Studio.

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! A little bit more to add to what my friend @wafercookieflippers informed you above...
1) Is the level freezing when you are playing with the "friendly Charged boosters"? 2) Did you try when you do not have any helping boosters available? Or is the condition same, no matter what?
Like my friend said, the issue was already escalated to the Friends game studio and they are working on a fix Please see our Friends Community Manager's note in this thread about the same issue -- "Jelly Queen levels Freezing / Crashing" and post your comments / feedback in that thread itself (click on the Green fonts above).
