Completed a game but it didn't register

Hi! I finished Game#631 of Candy Crush Friends and even bough gold coins to do it. But it didn't seen to register and now I am forced to repeat the game. What is going on???

I am sorry to hear that you were not able to move to the next level!!  Did you try to reboot your device?  If not, here is a simple and basic trouble shooting step which could solve the issue...
Force close the App ---> Disconnect from WiFi ---> Clear the Cache / Cookies ---> Restart the device after turning it off for 2-3 minutes ---> Log back into your game and see if you are moved to the next level!
