Please can someone help I've had a paint tin at level 3245 for 2 days. I was on level 3247 before then. It's driving me mad. Can someone e help.

It seems like you reached the end of the levels for now! King should release more levels I'm not sure when but be patient.👍

Looks like you might be talking about "Pet Rescue Saga" game?  Because, that is only game I know that ends at ---7 at the end of an episode!! 

Do you remember when did you receive those new levels last time?  If I remember properly, I think we receive new levels every other Wednesday, I think!! 

If you confirm about the game, I can find out and will let you know about the next levels' release date
