Special levels don't transfer

I've just finished the 10 levels for the new jelly queen character. However when I'm on my new phone it doesn't transfer that progress over. I understand that boosters can't be transfered but that kind of thing should be transferable... I had the same issue when the racoon character was released.

Hi @LittleChronic and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I am sorry this has happened to you. The thing is that these events are stored on your device's memory. Hence, you have to finish them on the same device in order to get the reward.

@LittleChronic You are welcome. They are certainly aware of it but I am not sure that this is a priority for the studio now. Let's hope it will change soon, we are all players and it would be useful to everyone.
