I am very sorry to say that I am not able to understand the issue you are having in the game?  Can you please explain a bit more about the issue and tell me what's happening?  

I understood the part about "loosing your friends" (or not able to see them anymore) in the game!  Are you not seeing any of them in your friends' list?  Or their pictures are gone and you can empty silhouette? 

What do you mean by "you want the old Candy Crush back"?  Did the way how the game appears in your device, changed? 

Does it look like "some kind of frame" and the icons for "Lives" and "Gold Bars" were moved to the left side of the screen?  Or is it something else?

Have you saved your game before on your old phone? Or have you just downloaded the game and played it?

I’m having the same issue! I have managed to get back the level I had but none of my Facebook friends who play candycrush are present. I can’t ask for lives now
