Why did my boosters disappear?????

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  Can you please tell me how it happened?

1) Did you reinstall the game on a different device or the same device?  Or did your game crash for some reason?

2) Can you please tell me which game it is -- as there are many King games, and would like to make sure about it, if I need to escalate the issue to the Community Game In-charges!

3) Did you "Accept" the terms & conditions OR "Update" the game?

Please post back and let me know about above questions, so that we/you know why it happened!

I did not do anything different. I open the game on my laptop every morning to play Farm Heroes Saga. On Tuesday or Wednesday I noticed all my boosters were gone. I did not update, reinstall nor did my game crash

Same thing happened to me when I played Candy Crush soda.

Hi i did not reinstall the game , and the game I played. Is candy crush jelly , and I did accept the new term and click the box and agree, thx for the help, please help me solve the problem🙏🏻🙏🏻

And yes I did update the game , I don’t even know what happen? My wife she been playing the royal championship long time ago, I thought is just because my level is not high enough, but I’ve been waiting for a long time and I still can’t even see the event ,
