Lost Jelly Queen progress after having to reinstall

I am new to the community but not the Candy Crush culture. For years I've helped my wife and kids get unstuck on levels as they have played the various versions. I finally broke down and loaded Candy Crush Friends last week and I think it's the best iteration so far, Kudos!
Last night I was 6 stars away from winning my queen and it froze. I upgraded my memory card and then safely moved CCF to it for continued play. Afterward I tried launching only it would not open. I uninstalled and reloaded because I have a profiles and it remembered all of my progress accept for with the Jelly Queen. Help!
