How do I get back my levels

On January 19th I'm logged into my game it said I was on level 943 that is incorrect I am supposed to be on level 998 my user ID number is 10543265790 please help me with this situation and fix my problem

How do you change Facebook account?  Mine, it keeps going to another Facebook account and not the one that I used.  I can’t find where to change or sign to the right Facebook acct.  There is no choice to choose.

This is what I mean.  There is no choice for me to choose the right Facebook account.  It already chosen for me and is the wrong Facebook account.

Hey @tzergey2070 - Then please try these steps:

- Disconnect the game App from facebook (log out from the game)
- Uninstall Facebook from your device
- Clear cache and cookies from your device and re-start it
- Open the Game, and try to log in to Facebook in the game without re-installing Facebook on your phone
- Then re-install Facebook

If all these fails, then you will have to re-install the game - You will lose your boosters in that case, so better to try these steps first.
