I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  Do you remember how many levels have you finished?  Did you try any trouble shooters like clearing cache, and rebooting our device, etc.?

I had passed 2 level . Yes I have tried those thing .

I have already escalated about this issue to our Friends Game Community In-charge, as there were few other couple complaints about other challenges! 

Can you please post back these below details ---> 
1) The device you are using to play the game;
2) Version you have right now (this might not need to look into the issue, but just in case)  
3) Your game user ID number.... This link will help you --->  "Find my ID Number"
