Today it's not letting me collect my daily bonus and I'm at like day 356. This has happened before and I've had to start over at day 1 again what is going on?
Hi @sbower - welcome to our friendly community. Sometimes the game does not recognize the connection. Try logging out of the game completely and clearing your cache and cookies. Then log back in and see if that works. If not, repeat those steps but clear your website browser history as well and then power off your device 15 seconds. Once you log back in it should recognize it but if not often times the very next day the clock is back to normal if you’ve completed these above steps within your 24 hr login period.
