I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game! I am sorry to say, but I am not clear on the issue!!
Is the issue is that the Jelly Queen ran away from your game and did not come back? OR she did not appear in your game at all?
If she ran away from your game after playing few levels, did you go to your App Store / Google Play Store and check for any available App updates? If not, please check and install 1.29.4 version, and she will be back.
