I have just heard from our Friends game Community In-charge regarding the "Exclamation Mark" in the game!
1) It is only appearing in Windows 10, and the Team sends their Apologies for the inconvenience 🙏
2) Unfortunately, they will not be able to remove that till the next update release;
3) The Studio team assures that it WILL NOT affect / interact your game play in anyway! So, only thing you can do is to ignore it play your normal game!
4) And Please DO NOT Reinstall the game, as it will not remove that glitch AND on top of that, all your saved up Lollipops will be lost!

I have never seen that in my game either in Android or iPad!! I am guessing / assuming that there could be a new button that was just added in your Settings!!
Can you please open the Settings, then take a screenshot and post it here?

I am experiencing the same issue also on my CCFS pc game on windows 10. Like you, I click on the settings and the exclamation point does not disappear. Just wanted you to know that you are not alone in the exclamation point mystery. I am sure they will get it sorted! Have a great evening! 🐺💗
