Try Updating by visiting google Play Store/Amazon App Store/Samsung Galaxy Store for Android devices, iOS store for iOS devices or Windows store for Windows devices.
If you play game via Facebook or King's Official Website Play then tell exactly how you play via Facebook or via King Website.

I play via the app but if I sign out it asks me to sign in via Facebook?

Yes because if you Login on Facebook and logout then you cannot continue to play the level you wanted to play, So you have to login again on Facebook.
