Have You Tried to Update the Game To Latest Version ?

If you haven't please do it.

If you are Talking about rewards through Quests then you need to pass 24 hours to get next Quests for rewards.

If you are talking about rewards through Events then these rewards come up upon events which are different for everyone to play and these events are into the Game on special occasions like festivals or important days.
