Every time I play I appear to have 11 messages for lives yet when I open it it's just the same 4 people asking, so I think something wrong. 
I don't seem to be receiving as many lives that I used to either

Can you please tell me which game you are having this issue in?  

Is it the Candy Crush OR Farm Heroes?  Both these games are having a bit of issues with lives!  Once you confirm about the game, I can direct you in proper way.
